Refund Policy

Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, please notify us within 30 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be required to process your request.


No Returns, Only Resolutions for Defective Products
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or broken. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us at Info@Slidestorm.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or other solutions.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items, special orders)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective product, please contact us first to arrange the process. Once approved, a replacement will be provided.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged items once we have reviewed and approved your claim. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
